Replacement parts for Snuzkot

In my haste I damaged a part while building my Snuz pod 4. I phone customer services for help and spoke to a lovely person called Demi, she was wonderful and super helpful, Demi arranged for a replacement part to be sent out and the whole experience was fantastic!

Strong Odour
Assembled the furniture set on the 16 of May. After assembly noticed a very pungent plastic and synthetic smell, which differed from the normal unboxing of new furniture, no one can stay in the room with the furniture for more than 10min without causing a headache. Hence contacted Snuz support about the problem. I was informed that the furniture passes safety standards, and I should air the furniture to let the odour to dissipate. However, now more than a month has passed and I have aired the furniture all this time, the odour is still very pungent. This really makes me question whether this is a safety hazard for both pregnant woman and the newborn. Hope someone can investigate further into this issue, and will recommend families with children/newborn to stay away.

Snuz have been amazing, I ordered two products from them and sadly the courier had damaged them in transit (which was absolutely not Snuz’s fault). As a result I contacted Snuz and spoke to two of the most lovely people Liv and Demi. Both of them have gone above and beyond to resolve this for me, both have shown such empathy and kindness, I honestly can’t thank them both enough. Demi and Liv are both a credit to Snuz and I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. The quality of their products is well worth the money!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent customer service! Quick and I was more than happy. We bought our daughter cotbed almost 3 years ago. She used like a cot and then we change for toddler bed. Now we just bought the junior extension and I realised something was not beautiful. Then realised toddler caps never came. I told them and they send it to me very quickly. Thank you snuz! My daughter sleeps well and we all love her bed :)
Faulty Product, Missing Parts, Customer Service Not Great
We ordered a SnuzKot recently. (Bought from a store in Dublin).
The product quality is really poor. ( Damaged & Faulty Items), most of the screws are missing. The customer service told us they sent it to us, but the missing parts never arrived. The missing parts are essential for the SnuzKot to be safe for a baby!!!
The customer service hardly follows up and keeps asking for the product number, batch nr.
All they care about is internal ticket information (in order to close their Zendesk ticket and to have a better AHT) in my opinion.

Ordered a bedside mattress
Ordered a bedside mattress, reasonably priced but such quick delivery.
1st class company, highly recommend!
Ordering, progress update and delivery fantastic service.
Had a slight mishap with the incorrect screws and instructions but thanks to Nikki and Liv this has been sorted and replacement parts on their way.
Couldn't be happier with the products and customer service.
Just require our first Grandson to arrive safely in September.
